SHIPPING POLICY
Due to ongoing restrictions in regional airspace and disruptions to transport, some of our carriers have temporarily suspended or limited international delivery services to certain regions of the Middle East. Consequently, deliveries to certain destinations in the region may experience delays or be temporarily unavailable. This situation is effective immediately and will remain in effect until further notice. Our carriers are actively monitoring the situation and will resume normal services as soon as restrictions are lifted and safe transport routes are available. We appreciate your understanding and recommend allowing for additional delivery time during this period.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return your product(s) within 21 days for exchange, store credit, or refund. For your return to be approved, it must meet the following criteria:

The product must be at full price, including items purchased at a discount (items marked as on sale, with the previous price crossed out in red and/or that appear in our promotions tab are NOT eligible for return or exchange).

They must not have been used or washed, must still have the original tags attached, and be in the original packaging.

No smell of perfume, body odor, deodorant, or laundry detergent.

Avoid makeup or artificial tan lines.

Due to strict hygiene policies, cosmetics, hair products, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned.

Swimsuits must be returned with the hygiene seal intact.

We will only accept returns of items that have been reserved through our returns portal.
