How do I submit a declaration?
We will only accept returns that have been submitted through our returns portal.
If you are returning the product from anywhere else in the world, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your order.
Please contact us if you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product.
What is the return policy?
We understand that sometimes your order may not be exactly what you expected, so we've made returns and exchanges as simple as possible!
We offer returns for buyer's remorse within 21 days for a refund.
For your return to be approved, your product(s) must meet the following criteria:
For full-price items, including those purchased with a discount code, a discount code is required. Items marked as final sale or in the "Promotion" tab are not eligible for return or exchange.
They must not have been used or washed, must still have the original tags attached, and be in the original packaging.
No smell of perfume, body odor, deodorant, or laundry detergent.
Avoid makeup or artificial tan lines.
The shoes must be in their original box (if they were received with a box). Shipping labels should not be attached to the original box.
Due to strict hygiene policies, cosmetics, hair products, masks, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned.
Swimsuits must be returned with the hygiene seal intact.

When will my refund be processed?
Once your return is scanned and marked as delivered, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days to your original payment method.
Where is my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us shortly.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the carrier's tracking information. You can also track your order here!
If you have not received your order one week after receiving the tracking notification, we strongly recommend that you contact the shipping company.

How do I track my order?

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times for your location can be found on our Shipping and Delivery page and begin counting from the moment the carrier receives and registers the order in their system.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding NSW public holidays).
Please allow an additional 48 hours for promotional periods and Mondays.
What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
Your order will be left in a secure location, at the discretion of the carrier. If it is not possible to find a secure location, you will be notified by email or may receive a collection notice in your mailbox with details for collecting your order at the nearest post office.
Attention: If your order is not picked up at the post office within the stipulated time, it will be returned to our warehouse.
